Mass Ave is an official ”Super Celebration Site!” 

Mass Ave Festival of Arts is Friday 1/3 from 5-10 and Saturday noon – 10:00.  It is free to the public!  Explore  and enjoy great restaurants and bars, live music, gallery openings, shopping and much more!  A Great place to “hang out” with friends!

As you may have already experienced traffic has increased due to the street closings.  Effective January 27th East Street will be one way going South.  East Street is part of the “Bowl Route” indicated in blue on the Super Bowl maps.  For detail information go to http://www.indianapolissuperbowl.com/files/BowlRoute_NEW.pdf.

Parking @ The Waverley 

Our residents can use the Farm Bureau lot through February 5th.   It will be available Super Bowl weekend! You must have a Waverley parking tag and there is no parking during the day Monday through Friday.  Effective February 6th we will no longer be able to park in the Farm Bureau lot.  They have leased some space in their building to a new business and they will be needing that lot.  We are sorry to see it go.  Big thanks to Farm Bureau for letting us use it during our construction of The Studios!  We do have 5 spaces on Georgia Street and the parking on East Street is open again.  There is reserved space available in The new Studio parking lot.   

After you get home!  - Street and Lane Restrictions during Super Bowl Festivities!

Lane restrictions will begin on January 21st on Georgia, Capital and South Streets.  On January 27th the restrictions will be increased.  There are great maps of the downtown area and the restrictions @ www.indianapolissuperbowl.com.  Starting January 27th we will see a definite increase in traffic on S. East Street.  It is part of the “Bowl Route.”  The other route around the city is the “Super Route.”   These routes were designed to help you easily move around downtown Indy.  Your usual direct route into the heart of the downtown may not be the best choice during the Super Bowl festivities.  To expedite traffic flow, these routes were designed to move you around the edges, efficiently and effectively.  It appears that South East Street will be one way going south starting January 27.

At this posting it is 26 days and 5 hours until The Super Bowl.  The Super Bowl Committee and our city have planned many exciting “Experiences!”

The Super Bowl Host Committee says there are “Two Must-Dos for Fans!”  They are the NFL Experience andThe Super Village and Downtown Celebration.  Both of these start on January 27 and go through February 5.  The NFL Experience is an interactive Theme Park which will take place in the Indiana Convention Center for Nine days.  It will include autograph sessions, football clinics, memorabilia show including the Vince Lombardi Trophy.  The Super Bowl Villagewill have Free Concerts, Zip-line rides, Tailgate Town, Village TV, Specialty Lighting and Food and Beverages.   We have more information at our office or you can visit the Super Bowl site at the link provided below!  Have Fun!

Your Waverley Staff wants to wish you a very Happy New Year!

Celebrate the Yuletide with the ISO.  The Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra is hosting the annual Duke Energy Yuletide Celebration through December 23.  The orchestra will be directed by Jack Everley and joining him are two renowned sisters, jazz artist Ann Hampton Callaway and Broadway star Liz Callaway.  This is a wonderful festive celebration sure to please everyone!

We wish all of our Residents, our families and friends a wonderful and bountiful Thanksgiving Holiday!  The weather prediction for the long holiday weekend looks good, rather mild.  So after we have enjoyed the parades,  stuffed ourselves beyond movement,  watched football until our eyes are crossed and taken that “famous Thanksgiving nap”…it will be time to “Power Shop!”
