Best Taco in Indy: FOUND
Being a vegetarian it is sometimes hard to find tasty treats minus the meats around Indy, especially a great tasting taco. However my search ended when I stumbled upon the World Famous West Coast Taco’s traveling food truck in Broad Ripple and then again at Sun King Brewery downtown.
Known for their classic steak taco with layers of onions, cilantro, lettuce, and hot sauce – a veg-head like myself can be pleased with their tofu taco or just the fixins on top of their tortillas. I would highly recommend following them on either Facebook or Twitter to get your weekly taco fix!
